Stop motion is a great technique for outstanding film making! It is basically nothing else than creating one frame after the other and piling them together, like a thumb cinema.
How we used the Stop Motion technique
We worked with different backgrounds in different colors. The products have been moved frame by frame as if they would be alive. Also we transformed the objects as a transition while clapping with the hands or snipping with the fingers. These are great ways to get from one setting to another.
Stop motion is an animated filmmaking technique in which objects are physically manipulated in small increments between individually photographed frames so that they will appear to exhibit independent motion or change when the series of frames is played back. Any kind of object can thus be animated, but puppets with movable joints (puppet animation) or plasticine figures (clay animation or claymation) are most commonly used.– Source: Wikipedia
